The Los Angeles Taiko Institute (LATI) is very pleased to welcome Yeeman Mui (Manman), a certified Early Childhood Orff Music and Creative Dance Teacher originally from Hong Kong and now teaching in Honolulu.  Manman is visiting the Institute February and March, facilitating a special program of parent/toddler classes. Music, and percussion in particular, is extremely beneficial in early child development.  We are tremendously excited to be able to offer the South Bay community access to Mui's teaching and the joy of parent/toddler taiko!

Manman majored in Music from the University of Hong Kong, and has extensive additional training in the Orff approach to music education.  She has taught workshops for LATI staff and performs and teaches with the renowned Taiko Center of the Pacific in Hawaii.
