hello my name is raquel and i ahve the most loving 10 yr old son,but he is a special needs child so he has a hard time making friends. I was hoping if I joined a group I could find more ppl to find friends for him. He is a high functioning autistic adhd. I do enjoy cooking and being home with the kids or goib to a movie. i really don use facebook. I came here thinking I would meet some understanding moms. i dont choose to only have special needs friends for him. he wants to be as normal as he can. a personal message saying no would have been much nicer than resonding to my personal message in this way. thought you were new and really needed friends for your children. I truly am a bit upset. i didnt realize my kid fell in some messed up catagorie.

I apologize it just he has been hearing that his whole life. he is just trying to fit in somewhere. he has his special ways of doing things and. he wants to have some one to talk to in on his age group
