Looking for childcare

Hello, I am a new mom of a beautiful 24 day old girl. I am due to go back to work the first week of February and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for nannies who watch a small group of children in their homes. My friend just found someone like that in the collingswood area and I was hoping to be just as lucky in cherry hill! Any suggestions will help!! Thanks in advance!!! ;) -Mina Lee
