Are there other moms nearby?

I have two children, both having issues within the public schooling system within the Vancouver & BC region, I would love to connect with others that might have been trying to reach out and finding connections as well. I wish to find an outreach or outlets of somekind without high costs of joining that will offer a support systems in mind for their special unique learning levels that the public schooling cannot seem to offer or provide for them without pushing us aside, labelling our children for having some distress ( Adhd etc) & or prescribed heavy sedatives to aide their development. It doesn't seem to be getting us anywhere but closed doors or dead ends and not helping in any way. If there is anyone out there that can offer supports, referrals or advice or recommendations for us, I truly appreciate it. Thank you.
