What was the reason your ex got custody of your daughter?  I am from Texas and when i was going throught a divorce, i remember my ex threaten me to get custody of my kids.  My lawyer said that the only way for him to get custody was if was a drug addict, going out with alot of men and mentally unstable.  If you can explain your situation little, i could give you more advice.
