I am a 37 year old mother and special education teacher from Maryland. I have 2 children (1 boy-10 and 1 girl-7). We have 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. I love watching my sons soccer games, my daughters dancing and gymnastics. I love photography and enjoy crotcheting. Life has been pretty tough lately. I lost my husband of 11 1/2 years in May 2012 to a genetic blood disorder (Beta-Thalessemia) and liver failure. I am looking to find support for me and my children as we battle through our grief and learning the new normal.
