Hi, Single Parents of St. Louis.

I was born in St. Louis, attended grade school in St. Charles, high school in St. Louis County, and got my undergrad at MIZZOU. I married a St. Charles girl, moved East, and had three kids. Since 2005 when my wife succumbed to complications related to breast cancer, I've been a single dad.

Now, I'm a writer living in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Some of my titles include 'Father Like A Tree,' 'The Dream Seeker,' and my latest is 'The Single Father's Guide to Life, Cooking, and Baseball.' Actually, this Saturday, January 19, 2013, I'm signing books at Main Street Books located at 307 South Main Street in St. Charles. Feel free to stop and say, "Hello."

I also write a blog, The Single Father's Guide, in which I provide ideas for healthy recipes, straight talk about single parenting, advice, and issues facing single dads.
