I have been with my company for 5 years and when I informed them I was moving out of state they offered me to work from home. I have a 7 mo old and i really don't want to put him in daycare but when my older kids start back to school it seems like that is what will have to happen. I'm an inside support rep so I have to take phone calls and process emails. I'm looking for some advise on what I can do to make this work with my 7mo old when his sisters are at school. I work from 8-4:30 and my girls will be in school from 8:30 and not get home until about 3pm. My fiance works nights and doesn't get home until about 6am and has to be to work by 6pm, so he sleeps during the day. Any advise would help! THank you in advance. |
