Now that I have some idea of what my schedule will be for my business and work I can start scheduling activites for this group.

Please keep an eye on the calander for we will start right away. I will have several posts up.

Also friends and family are always welcome to come. I do have a large dog on the premises. If you are afraid I can keep her down stairs. She is excitable and loving, but she is BIG. So don't let that stop you.

Moms I will also be starting a parenting help group as well. I am big on Love and Logic. This system has a high rate of success and I am learning a lot. Keep your eyes open for that.

I am also getting a certification on fitness and nutrition. I don't feel we should have to pay a lot to get into shape and eat better. I have been doing a new system that doesn't involve anything special just food and a lot of it. I have lost 7 lbs in one week with very little change to anything. There will be a 6 month fee of $35 to join. This covers my expense for the materials that we will be studying. CHEAP if you aske me.
