You could take her crystal shopping and let her select what she needs to feel at her best. Doreen Virtue has a few good books on the subject of sensitive children which would be a good starting point for you.
One of the best things you can do for her is to invest in your own spiritual/psychic/healing development. This will help you to raise your vibration to her level and develop a keener understanding of her and the world as she sees and feels it.
