Wanted to know about playgroups

Hi my family and I just moved to Maryland a few weeks ago. Although my husband works at Andrews AFB we decided to live off base. Living in a rural neighborhood its hard to meet other moms and wanted to know if there are any playgroups on base or activities i can bring my daughter to. She is one years old and wanted her to interact with other children. If there are any playgroups I would love to take her so she can meet little friends and i can meet other mommys. Thanks!
