Good moring all!

My 8yr old son was just diagnosed with Asperger's Sydrome a few months ago. Since then, I've bee going the rounds with his school district to alter his IEP to fit ALL of his needs. The school year is almost over, and still not everything is being addressed. So .. I'll be homeschooling him by mid March. One of the things he needs the most is *appropriate* socialization. He gets that a little with the neighborhood kids when we go out back to garden or play. But at scool, they let them all run free during recess and he ends up being picked on. He needs to know that he's NOT the only kid dealing with this.

If any of you are in Aurora, IL, I'd LOVE to get our kids together to play.
