I'm new to this group and feel kind of silly for joining...

I'm a mom of 5 children, 3 of my own and 2 stepchildren. I've been married to my husband for 4 years and boy has this been a ride!!!

It definately can become a train wreck if both parents are not on the same page. It also depends on how the step children are being raised when they are not in your presence. Just remember chose your battles wisely .I find men tend to be defensive when you talk bad about their childrens behavior
