Travel ideas & I'm new to the group!

Hi, I'm a first time mom to Livia. We are going on a trip in march when she' will be about 4 months old. Any tips or ideas to make this day a bit easier (my husband is staying in Ottawa). As well, I'm also new to the group so hello to you all... First time mom on maternity leave and new to Ottawa. I like coffee, movies, going outside when it's nice and meeting other parents in the city!

Hi Roxanne,

Welcome to Ottawa and congrats on the birth of your baby Livia.

I am a first time mom to Leora who is now 13 months old. Time flies when you are having fun!:) I took an extra 3 months off and am going back to work at the end of March :(

I've taken Leora on a few trips, but never without my husband. With that said I still may have a few tips for you depending on where you are going and how you're getting there. A trip sounds lovely, where are you going? We just got back from Vancouver/Whistler this past weekend.
