Hi there! Really excited I've found this forum! I need a huge help from Burbank moms regarding Kindergarten. My son starts this year, and my home school has the lowest API (Washington). The whole after school program looks awful. So, I'm thinking of many options:

1- moving to Woodland Hills and register him at Woodland Elementary, since it's notorious for its qualifications.

2- Request transfer to another Burbank school, but wich one; Jefferson, Edison or Emerson? If he goes to public, thinking of quitting my job so I's be more present; plus the public after school scares me.

3- Catholic. I'll have to keep my full time job for sure. I liked Saint Francis; it seems good.

4- Valley School in Van Nuys maybe? Although too pricey for us...

Please any suggestions and opinions are more than welcome! Please any reviews of those schools welcome too! Or any school that I didn't mention... I just wonder if kindergarten is the beginning of his life or if it's a waste to pay private at such early stage and we should save it for College instead.
