Hi there!

My name is Jamie and I work at Total Woman Gym & Atmosphere Day Spa in Irvine!! We are reaching out to Mom Groups in Orange County in hopes to encourage fitness and wellness!

I would love to offer everyone in the group a pass to come in for a COMPLIMENTARY WORKOUT...whether it be to try a Group Fit Class, use the machines and free weights, or even just to use the sauna or steam room!

Also, if the group is getting together or hosting an event of any kind we would love to contribute and be a part of it!
