Reward Charts?!

So I have been thinking about reward charts to enforce with my 2 yr old...something simple that lists a few things like, saying please, thank you and excuse me; picking up toys and books, etc. The chart wouldn't be called a reward chart but a "good choices chart" and for every good choice that she makes, she will eventually be rewarded.  I'm not to sure on what the reward will be...maybe like an outing, no treats or food.  Wondering what your thoughts are on these charts. To soon for it? IT kinda makes me feel like I'm training my kid to do certain things for treats! I dont know lol

Just an update: I managed to find a simple Microsoft Word chart for the week a,d added clip art to the side of a few things I would like her to work on: brushing her teeth, saying thank and please, and using the potty.  I then used clear tape to cover the whole thing so it won't get ruing and can be used over each week. She was excited when I explained each thing. Afterwards ran upstairs saying brush teeth! So she's already earned 1 sticker!
