I too posted on here several months ago and since I didn't find the activity I was hoping for I ended up joining Mothers & More of Porter County. They have weekly play groups, mom's nights at area resturaunts, bookclubs, childrens activities... more stuff than I have time for! There is a yearly fee ($45) but you can try out several activities before you decide to join. Also there are several MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) chapters in the area. I attend the one at Liberty Bible Church in Chesterton and they are great ladies! Hope this helps!
