i have postpartum depression and have no medications and it is affecting my relationship with my boyfriend and i dont know what to do.

What helped me out was just hanging out with family members and getting out for a walk or job. Just getting out away from the house. Let your Boyfriend know what's going on and how you feel.

I agree with Jaleesa, simply having contact with other people/adults can help so much.  If you can, exercise.  This can help tremendously!  Try to be open with your boyfriend and tell him how you feel.  He'll probably be more understanding then you think.  If you feel the need to get on medication, by all means see your OBGYN or family doc and discuss it with them.  I had to get on Zoloft after my second child and it helped a lot.  You won't necessarily have to be on it forever or anything, just to get you out of the hole you feel yourself in.
