I agree with Jaleesa, simply having contact with other people/adults can help so much. If you can, exercise. This can help tremendously! Try to be open with your boyfriend and tell him how you feel. He'll probably be more understanding then you think. If you feel the need to get on medication, by all means see your OBGYN or family doc and discuss it with them. I had to get on Zoloft after my second child and it helped a lot. You won't necessarily have to be on it forever or anything, just to get you out of the hole you feel yourself in. |
