Hi, I'm Rachael. We moved to Peoria about 4 years ago now (from a small town about an hour away) and we could still use a boost in meeting people! We can tend to be homebodies and that doesn't do much for one's social life. I'd like to meet some new people with kids around the same age as ours - it's so nice to relate to other parents!

I stay at home with our daughter while my husband works at his office at CAT. I am also a part time photographer in addition to staying at home with my daughter. I say part-time because I only prefer to have 1-2 sessions per week compared to other's maybe 5 or so per week? I work with newborns, babies and small children. I LOVE IT!!! Getting paid to work with awesome kids and sweet new babes - it's great. Plus it allows me to set my own schedule and stay home with my girl. I'm very thankful.

Anyhow, I really hope to meet some great new folks here, I just kind of did a search for groups in the area such as this - I hope this is a good place to start! :)
