problems when feeding

My daughter is 10 months old and breastfeeds several times a day. The only problem is I am not able to get enough milk when I pump. Is there anything I can do or take to help with pumping?

That happened to me too, it's all about the "let down". Thinking of your baby, seeing, touching, etc. That triggers it, also listen to music that gets you in a happy mood. Drinking a lot liquids (milk, juice, water) might help. Hope this helped!
