Missing Work

I feel as though I am always having to take off work for appointments or if one of the kids gets sick. If it isn't for one of the kids it is for myself. I try to manage to get the appointments to either be all on the same day, at the end of the day or first thing in the morning to minimize the amount of time that I am out of work but I feel as though they are looking at my leave slips like "ugh, here's another one." No one has said anything as of yet about my having to take off, but they have asked about why my husband does not do it. To answer that question here, he does not do it because right now he just started a new job after being unemployed for the last year. He is still on probation and doesn't have any leave time to use.

I then feel then when I come back after a morning, afternoon or day off that I am behind. Sometimes I feel very overwhelmed like I can't do all this.

How do other's manage this? I can't be alone in this.... can I?

you are not alone.

we just do it!  it will all get done eventually, whether you rush it through or not, and they DO grow up..

hang in there!
