My daughter is currently working on first grade level at reading/math program.It's a shame that school system could determine b/c child has not reached 5 by October 15th,As a result needs to wait entire year. I found school for September .....

The law states a child could be 4 1/2 or 5 enter kindergarten

Why hold a child back that likes to learn?
