Dry skin

Is it safe to put baby lotion on a newborn if they have dry skin, or is their skin still too sensitive?

I live in Colorado and it is super dry here so my baby had to have lotion right out of the gates! :) The Dr. said it was fine to do so as well. My daughter was allergic to Johnson and Johnson and had some Eczema issues so I went with Aveeno since it has oatmeal, scent free, hypoallergenic, etc. It's a little more expensive but it worked really well for my baby.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Tarah,

Thanks for your help, I guess I will find out if she had any allergies or not to the baby lotion I use, I will look for a scent free, hypoallergenic one just in case. :)
