DoodleDeals.com, the leading daily deal site for families, is looking for an energetic, motivated and creative “mom scouts” to uncover great merchants for our sales team to pursue.

This role requires a special blend of experience with family and mom focused merchants, the ability to discern quality merchants from mediocre, and the ability to work 10 - 15 hours per week canvassing our target cities.

Responsibilities:

• Call on merchants throughout target cities and their suburbs to introduce DoodleDeals.com and evaluate the merchant’s suitability for a DoodleDeal

• Record uncovered leads into a spreadsheet on a daily basis

• Leave DoodleDeals marketing material at appropriate family businesses

• Search online for merchants within the target city

• Provide regular feedback to DoodleDeals headquarters on the target city’s merchants and market specifics Qualifications

• Must own a car and be able to spend at least 10 to 15 hours per week on the road uncovering and visiting merchants

• Must be familiar with the family market for merchants serving families with kids 0 to 8 years old

• Familiar with the daily deal space and social networking

• Familiar with Microsoft office
