I just recently found myself to be a single parent to a beautiful 9 month old son.  Looking to feel a little better about the situation.  Feeling really alone right now...

    I am a single mom of an almost 4 year old.  It will get easier, I promise.  I started walking/jogging and it has helped me.   My son Jack goes with me on his tractor, it goes about 5 mpr.   You could push your son in a stroller?  Every day is a new day and new experience.  Hang in there.

Thank you Lisa.  I have recently started walking with my son and am starting to work out again to get down to that pre-baby weight.  My confidence is just a bit shaky right now.  I am working to change that.
