What are your must have diaper bag items? and how old is your baby?

Obviously diapers. Also wipes, change of clothes, bottle of water (my children are 1 & 2 years old so are no longer bottle feeding), snacks, bibs, pacifiers, a few small toys to keep them preoccupied when necessary, Children's Motrin.
