Crystal child nutrition

My daughter Ella is 18 months old. She is a very picky eater, which I know is par for the course with a toddler. However, I was wondering if anyone else had suggestions or just experiences with there child that I can learn from and perhaps incorparate into my parenting. Thanks so much. Hope I hear a reply, as I see not may have postd lately.

My children aren't picky so i may not be of much help. I've heard youre suppose to keep introducing food even if they've turned it down before. With my girls they prefer natural and organic food. I dont have the means to only eat organic but i eat as much as possible. For example they dont really eat green beans (canned) but the other night i got fresh picked organic garden green beans from my neighbor and they gobbled them right down and wanted more. Could it be that our children dont like the chemicals and genetically altered food? i cant really get them to eat fast food either.

peace and good luck!

Yes, yes, yes!  My daughter always seems to prefer natural and organic to processed too!  I knew something was up when she was eating raw broccoli at 2 years old!  She loves fresh vegies and fruits, and fruit juices..and althoguh I offer her a wide array of foods, it seems like she would rather just live on fruit! hahaha  I'm considering moving to vegetarian or vegan as well, I do think meats and processed foods carry a lower vibration that these very special children, with their very special energies have a hard time processing.

Nova, my daughter, also seems to have a hard time with refined sugar (which she DOES NOT have often)  It makes her into a nutcase!  LoL

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, that Nova is super picky too!  I offer her a wide array of foods, while she rejects a lot of them!

One more very important thing, is I know that crystal kids can have food sensitivities, and mine definitely does.  We found out when she was 2 that she has a gluten allergy.  Her cheeks turn bright red, she gets stomach upsets, and her behvior becomes AWEFUL!  I've noticed a lot of crystal kids, like out in public, that have those red bumby cheeks, and I know their parents probably don't know yet about the allergy.

There is  alot of great gluten free food out there.

I supplement yogurt and this Vanilla Chai protien drink (which she LOVES) by Bottlehouse for some of the protein she misses from being so picky....: )

I hope this helps!!!
