Just wanted to let you all know that I miss seeing everyone at class! Between the twins' morning nap and Dominic being at home this summer, we probably won't be making it to class anytime soon. And Dom has school on MWF mornings in the fall, so I don't really know how bringing all 3 kids will work out. We'll definitely be trying to make some playdates, though. Hope you all are doing well!
Since I don't see you all anymore, I wanted to pass on a couple of health/exercise tips I've learned about. First of all, I know a lot of you have you love Jillian's 30 day Shred. She has a new video called Ripped in 30. I just got it and it follows the same interval training as the 30 day shred. Also, a couple of healthy snack ideas. For a frozen dessert, have you guys tried frozen bananas with dark chocolate? Really easy, yummy, and besides some dark chocolate that is heart healthy anyway, it is healthy. Dom likes to make them with me. Just cut a banana in half and stick a popsicle stick in it. Freeze on wax paper, melt some dark chocolate in the micro and then spread on frozen banana. Freeze again and that's it! Also, someone told me about a super healthy dip for veggies. Take some nonfat plain greek yogurt and add ranch powder and you have healthy veggie dip! Much better for you than ranch dressing or other store bought veggie dips.
