im a first time mom, i gained 50 pounds with liam, i lost 35 in two and a half month, i cut on my carbohydrates, sweets, soda, and all the fast foods, i ate healthy snacks, two much veggies n 2 to 3 serving of fruits a day,
now im counting my calories and lost 5 more pounds, i started zumba classes, i leave my son with daddy in the morning before his shifts hours n go to a 1 hr zumba class. i do some strolling with the baby, and im trying to stay active....
