HI, Everyone I am new here. My name is t.j. and I am the mother of two boys. Brian 8 and Michael 3. Brian has Adhd, bipolar, and odd. I am new to this and trying to get as much help and advice as possible. He is on med's and I hate it but, I really want to do what is right for my children. But, sometimes I don't know if it's him and his issue's or me parenting him wrong. I think i'm doing everything right but, It is very hard to stay patient with him. And I'm always second guessing myself.

Tommie, I have a step son that is 13 with Bipolar, ADHD among others. One peice of advice I can give is you NEVER, NEVER second guess youself. You are not perfect and that is what the doctors are there for. Talk to you son's pedatirian about a developemental doctor. My step son goes to one and it has helped a great deal.
