Short history over past nine years:  Skid was three when I met him and has been my baby ever since.  Horrible visitation battles, lots of resentment from skid towards his biomom.  Now, he is 12 and does not want to live with her anymore and is scared of her.  He is upset about everything with her.  I am so sad that he hates his mom, literally.  I couldn't imagine hating my mom!!  I try to keep him positive towards his mom, but sometimes it is really hard.  We have had it all and done it all legally, but now he is old enough to make his own decision on where he wants to live... any tips, ideas, laws you know about how to make this happen??
