New Problems With Grand Daughter,,,

First let me give you some information about my Grand Daughter,,, I live in a motor home next to my Grand Daughter, so I see her almost daily,,, Her Mother passed away 2 days before Mother's Day in 2010,,, My Grand Daughter has only grieved about her Mother 2 times, that anyone has noticed,,,  We can tell when she is insecure, because she will carry around one of her teddy bears, where ever she goes,,, She spent time with a crises councilor up until school start this past fall,,,Now are new problem, she use to get bullied at school in the second grade, now she is the one doing the bullying after her Dad had a talk with the school about the bullying she was getting from other kids,,, Now she will kick, hit, and swipe things from other kids, lies about swiping things from the kids and has even been caught doing it by her teacher, but she will completely Denies swiping anything from anyone,,, She lies a lot about different problems she has had at school or other places,,, Her Dad caught her doing something at home that she knew was a no no, but she total denied it, even when her Dad told her that he seen her do it,,, Things that she use to take interest in are now a thing of the past, Yes, I know she is growing up, but to lose interest in things that she did a month ago, is a little bit fast in growing up,,,  She sees a school councilor at least once weekly and her Dad is trying to get her additional counseling, which seems to take forever,,,  Any one got any suggestions as to why, and how we can correct this new behavior which has started within the last couple months,,, My Grand Daughter will not pay attention when you talk to her about her Mother, and we feel she is still upset about her Mother being gone, but this is the first she has acted out in the way she is doing now,,,  HELP

It's too complex to answer in a few sentences or even paragraphs. My best suggestion is find some readings on helping kids with loss and grief.
