It is a place where groups can be formed based on interest, including children. You can find a group of moms in your area and meet for playdates with the kids, as well as activites without the kids(such as Mom's night out). It's a great website. You can even create your own group if there are none in your area. Then when someone searchs your area they will see your group there. Hope this helps.
