looking for playgroup/playmates for 16 month old

hey everyone, i'm looking for playmates for my 16 month old daughter. my husband is in the army, we just moved here (78244) a couple month ago and didn't find a playgroup yet. can anyone refer me a playgroup or meet with us? thanks pia with alyssa
