Working full time

I am a full time working mom, and then come home to a full time job as a mommy. I am so exhausted and tired by the end of the day; taking care of everyone else from my husband, my son and even my cat.

Any suggestion on how to minimize stress?

Take a nice long hot bubble bath! This is my favorite stress reliever! Also, have a glass of wine once in a while. It is very relaxing. :) When it gets warm out go out for walks, jogs, or whatever either by yourself or with your family :)

Find those one or two things that work for YOU - my major destressers are walking and reading. Whatever it is, set a time aside each week to make sure you're taking care of yourself. Your husband should be pitching in to make your life easier!!! He's not a child!

This is the exact reason why I came to this website, just to know that I am not alone, and to know that I'm not the only one that does everything

No, you're not alone - sit back and picture millions of women who are in the same position - unfortunately there is little time and not many resources for young, new moms to connect and share the incredible burden. Make sure to socialize as much as possible with other mothers in your community, because playdates can be a godsend in more ways than one.
