curly and fruzzy hair

I just moved to AZ from CA and my hair doesn't seem to like it here =) So how can I straight in it without taking hours? I have somewhat long hair and like to have it straight sometimes but I have a 7month old that needs me so don't have much time.I don't want to look like I have a mop on my head anymore...lol

Hi Stella.  I couldn't help but feel your pain.  I have three little girls myself with little time for hair and ofcourse it's thick, frizzy, and highlighted.  All I can say is baby oil.  Just take a little and squeeze it on to the middle and bottom of your hair just after stepping out of the shower.  It's been a miracle for my hair.  If you accidentaly get a little too much and your hair looks greasy when its dry, put some baby powder in your hands and rub over it, then brush it out so it doesn't look white.  I usually try and do this at night  after they're asleep and let it dry.  Then in the morning before they wake, take about 5 minutes with the straightener and your good to go. Everyone has their own "thing" that works, but give it a try and see.  Hope this helps!

Just as a side note, we live in Ohio where the humidity is terrible and my oldest daughter in school has the same problem with her hair.  It can be quite frustrating lol!
