Hi everyone!! My name is Freeda and I am a first time mother of a 4 month old little boy. My husband is Cuban American and I am African American, so our son is biracial. We have had and are still having problems from my inlaws about our interracial relationship. They do not accept the fact that their Cuban son married me, an African American woman. So in saying all of that, my son is four months old and they still have not reached out to me to meet their grandson. Is anyone else going through or have been through this kind of drama? How did/do you cope?
