Intro

Hello!  my name is bethany and i am an indigo. Im basically just starting my journey of growing, my dad was a very negative force growing up. he was a preacher so anything different or out of the norm was bad. My mom has been my main teacher in the spiritual side of things but i haven't started my own journey. She was the one that told me i was indigo and we have been to several psychics that always say im extremely gifted but i haven't found them yet. That being said, I have twin crystal children. Boy are they a handful! I've recently felt a shift and a stirring inside me to reach out and start my journey so i can aid them on their own. They are 19 months old, girls, and identical. physically anyway. I believe charlie has embraced the crystal a bit more than evan. They aren't really speaking yet, their dr has diagnosed them with delayed speech. Evan talks a little more than charlie, well they only have like 5 words in their vocab but evan uses them more. charlie has said them but doesn't do it often. I believe they see spirits and fearies. Theres a bush outside our apt that i can never get them to walk past without them stopping and pointing and smiling at it. so i let them look at it and ask them what they see. Other times I've seen them look over my shoulder or stare at a wall and just start cracking up. They are empathic. I've been told im empathic too so i dont know if its me picking up on them, or them sending their feelings to me, but when they are hurt or ill i feel discomfort in where they hurt. They have already shown healing qualities where my husband was home on leave (he's military) and wasn't feeling well and charlie climbed ontop of him wand laid very still hugging him while evan put her hands on his head. He didn't know what was going on because he's not too into the spiritual world but he also doesn't put it down. Also, the other day i asked charlie where her eyes are and she point straight to the middle of her forehead.

So theres my novel! haha Im so happy i found this group cause i really need the support and guidince in how to raise them to not hinder their spirit with traditional parenting, which im hardly traditional but i'm lost in how to parent. I'm only 22 so parenting is hard enough let alone having twin crystals! Does any one have suggestions on what i should do with them? i'd like them to meet other crystal children and i'd like to find energy workers to help with me, so i can help my children.

Hi Bethany. Its been a long time since I have seen anyone post here. I'm afraid its not too active but if I can offer any support I am happy to. I have been blessed with one of the early arrival crystals. That is to say my crystal is now 17 and apparently that is quite rare. So I have been in your shoes and know just what a challenge you are facing.

The best advice I can give you is to follow YOUR instincts. Many will tell you to act in ways you are just not sure feel right because that is how they know to act with their children. From my experience, crystals will not fit the mold. They will not respond well to the usual routines that normal kids do.  My crystal is incredibly sensitive to other people and their emotional pains. You might think this is a gift but at times I question that. For example attending school absolutely shatters her. She picks up on every persons issues. You can imagine what that is like in a classroom of 30+ children.  She is also extremely intelligent making her feel even more outside the norm.  The hardship is that others will flock to her like moths to a flame. They don't know why they just know she is special and they either want to be near it or if they of the type, they may want to hurt it because they are jealous. My daughter has the worst attendance record of anyone in school because she needs the time away to rest and recover.  I share this less than joyful aspect with you not to scare you but to help you see that the reason your children are with you is because you have what it takes to protect them and help them. You would think they would be showing you the way...at least thats what I used to think... after all they are the gifted ones but in fact they are ill prepared for the harshness this world can dish out and need a strong guardian that can see their needs and nurture them despite what society may tell you.  You are lucky in that society is starting to wake up now and see that changes are needed and I hope you will not have as much of a battle as I did. On the bright side, the bond you have with your crystals will be the envy of many. They will give you so much love and so much joy. I wouldn't worry about the speech issue. My crystals high school counsellor said she had the intellect of a 30 year old and the personal maturity of 6 year old. LOL. They tend to develop their strengths and ignore their weaknesses so you have to make the effort to ensure the weaknesses do develop but be prepared to accept that they might not be at the pace you would like. And they may not even choose to use language as a tool the way the rest of us do.  Don't worry...with your support and love they will be whatever it is they need to be. I hope that wasn't too much rambling. Good luck to you and your beautiful children. I know of one other website that I like that features regular articles on crystals and indigos. It is www.urielheals.com   I have also noticed in an earlier posting here that one of our members here has a group called thewarrioroflove.com.  You might find some help there too. Good Luck. Enjoy every moment of your wonderful journey. Remember for now, you are the exception to the rule and your heart will be your best guide. Kindest Regards, Jennifer

Hey Jennifer, thanks for writing back. I noticed it hasn't been active but i was still hoping i'd get some feedback. You are very blessed to have an early arrival crystal! im sure thats been difficult for both you and her without having support from other crystal people. It sounds like you have been a great teacher for her though. I was already feeling that i can't raise them like the norm of society because they are in a different minority. It feels wonderful to have that kind of affirmation that i will have to break the mold and its ok if they do things that are negative in the eyes of society. Like missing so much school, growing up that would be unheard of, unless i had a high fever or throwing up every 2 minutes i would have to go. But its great to know that i will have to do those things. I would be the person to do that too haha I've always taken the road less traveled, or no road at all so that makes sense that they would come to me. Im not worried about the speech either. Their dr told me to take them to a speech therapist and i never have because i want them to do it on their own. they'll be ready to speak when they want and they already communicate perfectly, they just dont use words. but now im rambling! thank you for the websites i will check them out and good luck to you with your daughter, she is extremely special since she was one of the first. I wish you both the best and you sound like a great guardian for her.

Hi Jennifer and Bethany! I just joined this site because I too have a 8 year old Crystal Child. Jennifer, after reading your post, I was relieved to find out that I am not alone, because my son is having an extremely hard time in class. It could be that he is reacting to the "energy" of the other kids. On top of any energy that he takes from our home, it's too much for him.  He is very social and like myself, people flock to him. Yes, to either love him or hurt him. AMAZING..THANK YOU FOR THAT.

Thank you both for your feedback. Its such a joy to know my words are helpful.  Its my pleasure to share whatever experience I can if it helps. Smile
