Hey all, I moved here in August from Ohio. I have an 18 month old daughter, Claire, who I'm sure would really like to get to know some kids her own age. I don't know the first thing about where to take her or what playgroups there are here - or even where good playgrounds are.

Anyone with suggestions who knows of a regular playgroup, a good playground, or has a baby around her age that would like to set up a play date sometime, feel free to get ahold of me or reply here. :)

I am new to this site and am looking for the same thing.  My daughter is 13 months old and am looking for play date group.  I life in the west ashley area.  My daughter is walking/running and i would like to play with other children her age.  My husband is a stay at home daddy and i work until 3 pm.  So when i get home i am looking for activities or play date for her.
