Hi All,

 My name is Christina and I am new at being a single parent.  My two kids and I have been on our own for a month now.  Never realized how much I appreciated the ability to send my son to preschool so he could have other kids to play with.  It kills me that I can't find anyone for him to play with now that things have changed.  He is three and really does not understand what is going on.  Never realized spending all day with them day in and day out would be such a change for all of us.  Love both of them dearly just feel like they are missing out on something.  Any suggestions

I feel the same way only a little different, I feel like my daughter is missing out on me now that I have to work two jobs and send her to daycare, I miss her dearly and hate not being a stay at home mom.

Enjoy the time that you have with them because you will miss it! Try to find a playgroup in your area just do a google search.
