getting baby to sleep

I am tired of trying to get him to fall asleep. At first, the 5 s method worked, whish is swaddle, stomach to stomach holding, swing in your arms, shushing, and then sucking or giving them a pacifier. they should then fall asleep. But our child is 2 weeks old, and he won't fall asleep, and he keeps us up every hour. I want some sleep, but he won't let us have any....

any advice? I mean, breastmilk is the only way i know to get him to fall asleep, but my fiancee won't pump only 2 oz then give up every 3 hours...

The first 6 weeks are tough as far as sleep goes, thats definitely the hardest part to get through.  Have you tried using a swing?  Our 3 month old (breast fed) will sleep just about anywhere, but her longest stretches still come in the swing.
