Oh no, we do events all year long, but the summer schedule is the only one that is done that far in advance. During the school year, events change with so much frequency, it's hard to keep all the places we're at updated.
We're only on RaisingThem as a way of telling people we're an active group. We're mainly found at our Google Group (http://groups.google.com/group/oaklandmomsgroup) or on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=28123133345). However, before joining the Google Group, we ask new members to come to 3 separate gatherings so everyone has a chance to meet each other. It's a way of making sure we know who everyone is who is reading the messages.
