New to santa barbara

Hi, we are new in the area, we are looking for playgroups for our kids to interact with other kids and of course we would like to meet parents too, we are from south Africa and here for 2 months and moving here permanently next year. Our kids are 3 and 1. We also would love our daughter to go to music groups or dance classes etc while she is here so any suggestions.......
