I am not sure if you have an actual playgroup, but I would love to meet and make friends with some Russian speaking families. I am sure our children would benefit from that.
My son is 10.5 months old. He was born in November 2009. I know this is not the age your kids are, but later on there will be no difference.
I am inspired by books on Montessori method I am reading currently, and I will have tons of ideas for crafts projects etc. Such as:
- finger painting
- spray painting
- introducing Russian alphabet
- stuffed animal party
- Russian story time (I have books)
Messy projects can be easily done in a park.
