my son gets into trouble for talking in class is there a way to stop it he is 9 yrs old i tough by now he would have grown out of it iv tryed every thing no tv no wii  you name it help

You might want to discuss it with the teacher and your son.  It seems to me that he may be bored but I don't know all the details.  Is he doing well, is he completing his assignments?
