I work as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness and my passion is to help those mom's who just can't seem to lose the baby weight. I know how frustrating it is to have all that extra weight on you that never seems to go away. A common mistake that women typically make is putting themselves last, but in order to be a good mom, I truly believe you have to take care of yourself too. Health and fitness really needs to become a priority so we have enough energy to play with our kids. Healthy moms equal healthy kids in my opinion. We have a kids club at they gym, there are no excuses!!! |
