I was having a super hard time loosing the weight and toning up after my son, I did everything I could think of and nothing was working. A few months ago I got the EA active game for the Wii, and used it for about 30-1 hour a day, while the baby was napping, or while he was in bed for the night. I actually started loosing the weight that I had been trying to loose for a few months! So far I've lost 34 LBS and only have 6 to go!

I don't know if that will work for you, but it sure worked for me.  I wish you luck!!

It'll work out.  I got frustrated after my daughter was born because I didnt lose as fast as I wanted. I know it isnt easy, but it'll be ok.  :)  Be patient.

My 2nd child is now 2 months old and it's terrible trying to get this weight off. I luckily only have 22 lbs to go before I get to my pre-baby weight..but then I have a little more to lose after that...however, my routine is first eating habits are lean, green and grain, lots of water...i drink anywhere from 2 quarts + of water a day, and bc my hubby is lactose free we now drink Lactose free fat free milk, and no sugars or chips (if it is sugar like in our hot tea, then we use a substitute), and then after all of this...I exercise for at least 1 1/2 hours..30 minutes on the treadmill and then at least 30 + minutes of a weight ball (5lb)..luckily my hubby helps..but this is what is working it's just a slow and hard thing to stick to...I MISS MY CHOCOLATE!!!! :) Tongue out hope this helps. I really like to use weights for all of my squats and lunges, but I have to purchase them and just haven't had a chance to do so yet, plus I would like to have a more routine while using them (i.e. dvd for weight training). Anyway..just some Ideas...oh, just remember that your body has muscle memory and when you do something for too long your body becomes sort of immune to the results you would probably be looking for..so it's good to change up once in a while...for instance...if you use a treadmill during your workout increase your speed for 1-2 minutes then slow it back down, and alternate that way..it helps to keep your body guessing about what you are doing to it....GOOD LUCK~! (I've been seriously dieting for close to a month now and have already lost 3 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my waist by doing this)
