Let me introduce myself, my husband & I work opposite shifts so that we don't have daycare but our son needs to be socialized with other children. What a better way then to belong to groups where he can play with other kids of all ages.

My husband and I are in the same situation.  We also work opposite shifts to raise our son without daycare.  I too have been interested in an actual playgroup to involve him in socialization. He is 22 months old and is very social and loves other kids his age or a little older.
