Hi Ashlee....Where are you living in AL? Are you close to Oxford? That is where I moved to in July from Oklahoma. It is hard getting to meet new people especially when you got little ones that keep you busy. I have a one year old daughter that turned 1 Aug 4th. I also have a stepson 15. Hi Rebecca! We are currently in Birmingham (at my brother in laws) We were suppose to move labor day but our place fell through..aww life! So we are on the hunt again.

I agree it is hard to meet new people in a place I know nothing about..and I have 3 lil ones who are still at home with me.

I also have 2 stepsons 9yrs and 14 yrs.

As soon as we get settled we should have a play date!

Wow...You are a busy mama! I can see we might have stuff in common, especially with being so young and having kids in their teens. My stepson I think of as my own. He is a big help with our little one at times. He is also a teenager can try my patience...lol. My husband along with being a fireman here at the Depot is in the Guards, so he comes to Birmingham every month. It's only a 45 min drive, so if you ever want to meet up just let me know. Shannon, my daughter travels ok. What brought you to AL?

Getting together though for a playdate would be GREAT! Maybe we could introduce our older kis to each other too. Ryan, my son is playing football right now.
